FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Do we serve complimentary breakfast?

 – Breakfast is not included and needs to be ordered separately.

2) Do we organize events?

– Yes. Prantik Retreat is a 20 Bigha property and we host various events such as, marriages, conferences and get togethers.

3) Is advance booking required?

 – Yes. We only accept advance bookings.

4) Are there any Swimming pool charges?

– There is no extra charge for accessing the swimming pool.

5) Is outside food allowed?

– Sorry, outside food is strictly not allowed.

6) Is alcohol allowed at the pool side?

– Alcohol and food are strictly not allowed inside pool area.

7) Is there any Parking Charges?

– Parking is free.

8) Do we have Lifts?

– Sorry we don’t. All our buildings are G+2.

 9) What are the modes of payment accepted?

– Cards, Cash, QR/UPI, Bank transfers.

10) Is drivers’ accommodation available?

– Yes. However please note that it is chargeable.

11) Is fishing allowed?

– Apologies fishing is strictly not allowed.
